Director - Youth Program at QUEST AllianceNikita Bengani has over 18+ years of experience and has been working with Quest Alliance since its inception. She has worn multiple hats through this journey in areas including strategy, program design, Govt relations, learning experience design, fundraising and technology for learning. She currently leads the Youth skilling work that engages with large scale govt. systems and network of civil society partners across the country. She also leads the Future Right Skills Network (FRSN), a policy think tank thst strengthens skilling policies and its execution across several ministries and state departments. She is passionate about enabling career journeys for youth, for them to thrive in 21st century work spaces. She holds Masters in Economic Development and Policy Analysis from University of Nottingham and Undergraduate in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
