Albert Justin is a passionate social work professional and care leaver, dedicated to empowering youth and strengthening family-based care systems. He has been associated with Miracle Foundation India for over four years, currently serving as Assistant Manager – Youth Program, where he leads initiatives that amplify youth voices, promote aftercare, and nurture leadership among care-experienced young people. Prior to this, Albert spent nearly a decade as a teacher of Mathematics and English in Tamil Nadu, building a strong foundation in mentoring and community engagement. He holds an M.Sc. and B.Ed. in Mathematics and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Social Work (MSW). Albert has represented Miracle Foundation India at international platforms such as BICON 2023 (Nepal) and BICON 2025 (Malaysia), contributing to global conversations on youth participation and lived-experience leadership. Guided by his own journey, he believes that while we can’t change care leavers’ pasts, we can change their futures by empowering them to thrive
