Dwithiya Raghavan is a development professional and researcher. She has nearly fifteen years of experience in leading the implementation of and conducting impact evaluations of large-scale education projects across India. She currently leads Research and Evaluation at Mentor Together, using data to enhance women’s participation in the work force through digital mentoring programmes. She has a Masters in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies, UK, is a trained teacher and a qualified Chartered Accountant.
