He has served in leadership, managerial and technical positions at several major multi-national corporations such as Infosys, Motorola, Philips and ABB for over 16+ years. His last stint was at Infosys, where he led the go-to-market, consulting and pre-sales functions in the IoT Centre of Excellence at Infosys Labs, working closely with global clients across North America, Europe and Australia. Kiran has been associated with Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, Government of India as a Mentor of Change since 2018. As part of this association, he has been driving several state-level and national-level initiatives and programmes to develop a culture of creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and change-making among school children in classes 6 to 12.
