With more than five years of experience in the field of mentoring across her two tenures with Mentor Together, Madhushree has played a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s mission. She has led efforts in mentorship delivery, operations, and program management for Mentor Together’s flagship life skills mentoring program. An Electronics and Communication Engineer by education, Madhushree began her career in the corporate sector as a technical writer and communications professional before transitioning to the social impact space to champion mentoring and youth development.
