Lead: Program Excellence- Mentor TogetherPrerana holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has over six years of experience in the social development sector. Her career began as a research assistant on a project focused on development-induced displacement, where she gained valuable insights into the complexities of social issues. Following that, she spent 2.5 years in social project management and training, designing and implementing various initiatives aimed at community empowerment and sustainable development. For the past three years, she has been with Mentor Together, where she has effectively managed mentorships, ensuring positive and impactful mentoring relationships. Always passionate about working with people with disabilities and having volunteered with them earlier, she is currently building the foundation for a digital mentoring program for youth with disabilities. Besides her professional pursuits, she is a yoga and meditation enthusiast and trainer.
