Director - Sustainability Solutions, MastercardPriti Khare is Director – Sustainability Solutions at Mastercard, leading the Priceless Planet Coalition (PPC) forest restoration program under Global Sustainability & Inclusive Solutions. With over 23 years of cross-sector experience across Sustainability, CSR, DEI, HR, and the Non-Profit sector, she is a visionary, impact-driven leader known for driving purpose-led transformation and measurable social impact. Previously, as CEO & Trustee of the Lila Poonawalla Foundation (LPF), Priti led strategic growth and operations, empowering thousands of young women through scholarships and skilling programs, including the Work Skills Volunteering initiative with Mentor Together. At Amdocs, she institutionalized the company’s CSR strategy to advance education, employability, and women’s empowerment through impactful collaborations, including a long-standing partnership with Mentor Together. Before that, she held HR leadership roles in Business Partnership, Operations, and Talent Acquisition. A certified leadership coach and award-winning professional, Priti has mentored young women from underserved communities for over 12 years. One of her most meaningful mentorships through Mentor Together supported a girl from a shelter home who became a school teacher—whom Priti fondly calls her foster daughter.
