Vice President, Global Head - Learning & Development, Cognizant; Mentor Together MentorSaransh has 20+ years of experience spanning different HR streams: talent development, workforce planning & management, culture, performance consulting, learning technology, talent analytics & measurement, learning designs, career framework design etc. He currently heads the global learning & development team at Cognizant, focused on skilling and capability development for the Digital Business & Technology units, Corporate functions & Sales teams of Cognizant. This team is responsible is driving the continuous learning and capability development needed to supercharge talent and increase relevance to clients. Saransh is passionate about change management & consultative problem-solving, and believes in delivering results through a team aligned to a common purpose. Saransh has been a mentor with Mentor Together since 2014, starting in a program in Chennai and then moving to our digital mentoring program in 2019.
