Software Engineer - Harman InternationalShubha completed her Computer Science graduation from Kalpataru Institute of Technology in Tiptur, Tumakuru. Coming from an agricultural background and a Tier 3 city, she was looking for guidance and later joined the Mentor To Go app-based program, where she learned a lot. She feels that without her mentor’s support, she wouldn’t have become a successful engineer. After getting a job and starting her career, she realized the true power of mentoring and decided to become a mentor herself through Mentor To Go. So far, she has successfully mentored six mentees. Shubha believes that guidance is essential for young students, and she actively supports the Mentoring Club by taking sessions and motivating other mentees to benefit from the program. Every time she mentors, she feels proud and inspired to do even more, as she often sees herself in the students she guides.
