Description::

Srikar is Indian Administrative Service officer with 25 years of public policy experience. He has worked in public policy implementation challenges involving complex issues of development, large technology led projects, international economic law and policy and indirect tax administration. He is presently Principal Secretary, Higher Education, Government of Karnataka overseeing the public and private higher education ecosystem in the State. He was also recently on an academic sabbatical to Harvard Kennedy School for a Mason Mid-Career Master in Public Administration degree program.
