Over the last 10+ years, Tejal has transitioned from being a researcher to a strategist. Her entrepreneurial mindset has enabled her to gain deep experience in leading teams, consulting, designing solutions from the client’s perspective, driving business growth, and nurturing impactful partnerships. She has embraced both the highs and lows of this journey and remains excited about the opportunities ahead. She has never settled for the status quo or limited herself to stereotypical expectations, either professionally or personally. She seeks challenges, navigates uncertainties, explores the unknown, and believes in continuous learning. After all, if everything were already known, what would be the joy of living? This mindset is strongly reflected in her work and continues to influence her approach. She has spent significant time understanding human behavior, how systems operate, and how to strengthen their capacities to deliver people-first solutions. This has deepened her ability to recognize the interdependencies between systems and users, acknowledging that neither can be understood in isolation. Her work spans across multiple domains such as education, digital health, SBCC, public service delivery, capacity building, and adolescent empowerment. She has successfully led teams delivering pan-India projects and built strong relationships with government bodies at both state and central levels, private sector organizations, NGOs, and startups.
