Unit Director - ASPIRE, JPALMs. Viji Iyer is the Unit Director of ASPIRE and serves as the Associate Director of Policy at J-PAL SA, where she leads efforts to translate evidence into action through large-scale partnerships with governments, civil society, and funders.Ms. Iyer has built a distinguished career in the development sector, with leadership roles with organizations such as the Azim Premji Foundation, Quest Alliance, and served as the Global M&E Head at STIR Education. As part of the portfolio she leads, ASPIRE has advanced the scaling of proven solutions in education, gender equity, livelihoods, and climate action, contributing to systemic, evidence-driven change across India.
